For Instructors:

Additionally, we will organize a “Teaching Section” to bring together instructors (ranked from Aspirants to Professors) of any economic courses at universities in Ukraine, Belarus, and Moldova and share teaching and classroom experience. Here at KSE we believe that bringing real-life cases into classroom greatly enhances students’ comprehension of various economic concepts. Many of our partners from other universities share the same opinion. For this section, we invite submissions from instructors who creatively use local development projects as case-studies or other educational tools in their teaching of economic disciplines. Instructors’ submissions may be written either in English or Ukrainian/Russian. Please read special requirements for Instructors’ applications.

All interested applicants should submit their essays, papers (for students) and presentations (for instructors) with a completed application form with indicating the category (essay, research paper or presentation) by March 1, 2011 at conference@kse.org.ua.

All applicants will be notified about the results of selection by March 22, 2011. The selection will be made by a committee consisting of the KSE faculty members. The successful applicants will be offered to present their work at the KSE Students and Teaching Outreach Conference on April 9-10, 2011.
