Admissions Process
Admission to the KSE MA Program in Business Economics is based on merit and is open to any citizen of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova who meets the basic eligibility requirements:
• Completed specialist’s or bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in English
• Strong motivation to gain understanding of business economics and finance
• Submission of required documents for admission by the specified deadline
A prior specialization in economics, finance or business is not essential.
Selection for admission is based on a review of the application materials, results of the KSE General Admission Test, and an interview, which is conducted by English-speaking professionals.
Application deadline: June 25, 2012. The KSE General Admission Test and an interview for the applicants of the KSE MA Program in Business Economics will be held in Kyiv on July 4-6, 2012.

Program Overview
The KSE MA Program in Business Economics is a one-year program taught exclusively in English. Most of the faculty are Western-trained economists from Ukraine and neighbouring countries, as well as visiting professors from universities in Western Europe and North America. The program's main focus is on understanding the economics and finance that is needed to make right business decisions. It applies economic principles to business problems, strategic planning, international trade and finance and gives students an understanding of business decisions and strategy, particularly in connection with corporate finance, financial instruments and investment. Such training typically leads to careers in business (banks, financial institutions, investment funds, consulting/ audit agencies, and industry) in positions like managers, consultants, and financial specialists.
