The Department of Public Administration at the Kyiv School of Economics, Kyiv, Ukraine, seeks to fill multiple positions at the Associate, Assistant, and Visiting Professor level in any field of Public Policy / Public Administration. The candidate is expected to specialize in diverse aspects of public administration, public governance, public policy development, implementation and analysis. The position responsibilities will include research in public administration, including public administration reforms in Ukraine, development of policies and their implementation, teaching and advising of Master’s students, teaching civil servants and civil society representatives, mentoring students and graduates on their research projects, etc.
Strong record of, or demonstrated potential for, high quality research and publications in top international journals, evidence or demonstrated potential for leadership and recognition in the international academic community. Standards of excellence in teaching are expected. A Ph.D. in public policy, public administration, economics, or other appropriate field is required. ABDs will be considered. Knowledge of Ukrainian is not required.
Applicants should have an established track-record of publications in top international journals and evidence of leadership and recognition in the international academic community. Standards of excellence in teaching are also expected.
